The nine botanicals seen in Pickering's Gin have been tailored and accentuated with the addition of cardamom, clove, anise, sweet cinnamon and fennel, all selected to make those plump and juicy sloe berries shine. Sloe gin is the perfect year round tipple, enjoyed as a winter warmer or splashed in a glass of fizz for a summer serve. Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming. Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth. Finish: Clean,crisp and smooth.
