All botanical flavor in a London Dry Gin must be imparted through distillation. Finally, though a distilled gin may be dry, a London Gin is codified that it must be dry. Size: 700ML Proof: 80 (40% ABV) Origin: United Kingdom Distillery: Bottomley Distillers All the way from Lincolnshire comes Pin Gin, a tasty tipple made by Bottomley Distillers. Look out for notes of black pepper, cucumber, rose, lavender, liquorice, cinnamon, almond and a flash of citrus. The botanicals are steeped for 24 hours before distillation occurs in a 35-litre alembic still, charmingly named Dotty. Nose: Full-bodied aroma. Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste. Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
