Pinkster gin, made with real raspberries. Deliciously smooth with a hint of fruit and an exceptionally smooth finish, it makes a refreshingly different G&T. Size: 700ML Proof: 75 (37.5% ABV) Origin: United Kingdom Distillery: Pinkster First launched in July 2013, 5 botanicals are used to create Pinkster (the "Agreeably British Gin"). The brainchild of Stephen Marsh, Pinkster is made with delicious raspberries which are steeped in the gin, lending it both its pink hue and subtle fruitiness. Those raspberries don't just go in the bin afterwards - goodness, no! Those gin-soaked little rascals go on to make Pinkster's Boozy Berries and Gin Jam! Nose: Full-bodied aroma. Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end. Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
