Perhaps a slightly more traditional pairing, though certainly not lacking in flavour. We'll let you take a guess at the garnishes for this one... Nose: Aroma is very pleasant. Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end. Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
