This is a limited edition Gin that has been aged in a single Madeira cask, using a take on our Old Tom Gin, we�ve aged it for 10 months to bring you something bold, truly poetic. Size: 700ML Proof: 101 (50.5% ABV) Origin: United Kingdom Distillery: Poetic License As part of a trio of fifth anniversary bottlings, which also honour the distillery's late founder Mark Hird, this expression from the Poetic License Distillery is an Old Tom gin which has enjoyed 10 months of maturation in a Madeira wine cask! Bold and flavoursome, we reckon this will be delicious simply served neat, or over ice (though we bet it'll make some cracking cocktails too). Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming. Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste. Finish: Finish is lingering.
