Size: 700ML Proof: 84 (42% ABV) Origin: Italy Distillery: Poli Poli 42 is obtained from an infusion that recalls the light and heat of the sun, and the intense aroma that characterize the Italian Mediterranean scrub. Wild plants, juniper berries, rosemary and mint, basil and thyme are used to give fragrant aromas of medicinal herbs. An infusion of seven botanicals in pure alcohol of wine origin is then redistilled with Crysopea. Nose: Impressive depth on the nose. Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour. Finish: Rich and smooth.
