Blend of 34% of Chardonnay, 33% of Pinot Noir and 33% of Pinot Meunier, this champagne has aged in bottle for 3 years on lees in our chalk cellars and then an additional 6 months after disgorging. It is characterized by its finesse, freshness and elegance. Nose: Lively and � cheerful �, delicate smells of baked brioche. Palate: Elegant and fresh, with aromas of dried apples, almonds and honeysuckle. Finish: Lingering minerality on the finish.
