Beginning with a base of its Puddingstone Pudding Gin, that is distilled with real Christmas pudding, the team adds a load of fresh cherries and fills it all into a bourbon cask, allowing the gin to take on an exceptionally rich, dark colour and flavour. Great served with a good aromatic tonic, or with cloudy apple juice. Nose: Full-bodied aroma. Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice. Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
