The spirit is distilled from apples, and alongside more traditional gin botanicals, the spirit is infused with raspberries, imparting the familiar fruity sweetness as well as the blushing hue. An ace showcase of West Country deliciousness, and great as a summer sipper. Nose: Aroma is very pleasant. Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end. Finish: Rich and smooth.
