This was distilled in June 2009 and rested in a pair of first fill bourbon barrels until July 2021, when the experts at Signatory decided it was finally bottling time! Nose: Aroma is very pleasant. Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour. Finish: The finish is unique and complex.
