Interestingly, this expression was made with a blood orange kombucha as a liquid botanical! This inclusion has imparted a helping of tangy citrus at its core, which is balanced brilliant by the other supporting botanicals. The distillers recommend serving it in a G&T with a slice of Asian pear. Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming. Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end. Finish: Finish is lingering.
