Kumquats are rather interesting because, unlike most citrus fruits, the juice is sour and the skin is sweet. The bittersweet citrus is married alongside other more traditional botanicals, including juniper, coriander and pepper. The spirit of copper pot distilled and bottled at 42% ABV in a classic, no-nonsense bottle. Garnish with a wedge of pink grapefruit to really lift those citrus notes. Nose: Aroma is very pleasant. Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth. Finish: Finish is smooth and long.
