It's dubbed Gentilly Gin, named after the group of neighbourhoods in the city. Its 17 botanical list was inspired by old faith healers known as a traiteur, with botanicals such as elderflower and persimmon that you may have found in a Cajun medicine bag. If you're feeling fancy, definitely give this a go in a Gimlet. Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming. Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste. Finish: Finish is lingering.
