Other botanicals in the mix include juniper, vanilla, cinnamon, clove, coriander and lemon verbena. Interestingly, the base spirit for Sharish gin is made with a mixture of molasses, rice and wheat! Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming. Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour. Finish: Clean,crisp and smooth.
