The plague doctors over at the Licker Mill use 10 botanicals including juniper, celery seed, black pepper and thyme, infusing them in spirit before redistilling. For a gin and tonic, they suggest a lime wedge garnish. Nose: Aroma is very pleasant. Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour. Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
