The botanicals include elderflower, gorse, and wild bilberries, along with bilberry leaf. Aromatic and delicately floral, with a warming peppery finish, this is great choice for an Elderflower Spritz. Or enjoy simply in a G&T. Nose: A delicate aroma. Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour. Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
