To sweeten this particular Old Tom, Smithies has infused the gin with honeycomb, adding a wonderful toffee richness to the spirit. A brilliant pairing with ginger ale. Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming. Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour. Finish: Clean, crisp and smooth.
