Full of tart fruit, citrus and spice (thanks to pink peppercorn, cinnamon and ginger), it's fab simply with tonic, though if you're after even more warming notes a splash of ginger ale wouldn't go amiss. Nose: Aroma is very pleasant. Palate: Cinnamon and nutmeg, with a touch of white pepper. Creamy vanilla and brioche. Apricot pastries develop later on. Finish: Finish is lingering.
