It comes as no surprise then that Speakeasy Spirits' Turkey Trot Gin is packed full of seasonal deliciousness such as cinnamon, clove, cubeb, raisins, rosemary and vanilla. Thank goodness there were no turkeys used in this gin. Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming. Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice. Finish: Finish is smooth and long.
