The folks from the distillery recommend pairing it with pineapple juice, which we can see working rather well... Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming. Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth. Finish: Clean, crisp and smooth.
