Description:
The fields beside the Cromarty Firth we take barley, malt it and craft our own spirit. From the hills and shores, we collect juniper. Size: 700ML Proof: 90.8 (45.4% ABV) Origin: Scotland Distillery: Sutors Gin Distilled from local Scottish grain and boasting vapour-infused, hand-foraged botanicals including sea buckthorn, Sutors Gin takes its name from the North Sutor coastal plain where the distillery is based. After distillation the spirit is blended with Highland water, brought down to 45.4% ABV. Bring out the citrus notes from the sea buckthorn with a slice of pink grapefruit to garnish. Nose: Full-bodied aroma. Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end. Finish: Finish is lingering.
