Based on the eponymous dessert, it packs in figs, raisins, and sultanas among the botanicals, using the traditional method of cold-compounding (AKA infusing) � get ready to craft some cockle-warming cocktails with this! Nose: Heavy figs, juniper. Palate: Caramelised fruit, citrus, christmas cake. Finish: A touch of spice, rich, dry. Tappers is founded on a passion for producing spirits that are authentically made in the way that they're advertised.
