Deliciously bright and flavoursome, without being overwhelmingly sweet, this expression will do wonders for your G&Ts. Garnish it with a fresh slice of apple and you're golden (delicious). Nose: Bold and bright with lots of fruit notes, kept at bay by the earthy juniper. Palate: The palate is very powerful and complex. Finish: Finish is very smooth and long. Owned and purpose built by husband and wofe team Emma and Gareth Glynn. "Driven by a love of gin and a desire to create a business that fitted in with family life, we made the move from Lancashire to Ellesmere in 2012 and quickly settled into Shropshire life. A few years later in 2018, The Shropshire Distillery began its story. Along with our daughter, Lily, and mascot Calla the Hungarian Vizsla, we set the �Gin Shed� up as our first distillery, located at our family home." In 2021 The Shropshire Distillery was awarded Silver awards for all four of the Core Range Gins - making them multi award winning!
