Distilled in 1991, this single malt spent a generous 29 years maturing in a refill sherry butt. In January 2021, it was finally time to crack the cask open, with a total of 255 bottles released at a cask strength of 51.5% ABV for the Connoisseurs Choice series. Nose: Delightful aroma. Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue. Finish: Rich and smooth.
