The particular expression juxtaposes the coastal awesomeness of locally-foraged rock samphire with the sweetness (and enjoyable bitterness) of pink grapefruit, alongside classic juniper spice. Nose: Delightful aroma. Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste. Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
