The star botanicals are yuzu and Sichuan pepper, accompanied by coriander and juniper. And that's it! Delightfully simple, with a refreshing and subtly spiced flavour profile, all bottled up at 43% ABV in this rather ornate vessel. We reckon a splash of tonic water and a slice of lemon should do very well. Nose: Aroma is very pleasant. Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end. Finish: Clean,crisp and smooth.
